Delivery

UK postage £2.50 per order.

Spend £20 and over per order and postage is FREE.

Rest of world postage £15 per order.

All orders, where possible, are packaged using mailing envelopes or boxes made from recycled or FSC certified paper.

I use brown paper tape rather than plastic.

Your purchase will be packaged in tissue paper.

I will post your order as soon as I can. Usually next day but, as it’s just me and I’m a busy mum of three, please allow 7days for delivery.

I post using Royal Mail signed and tracked delivery services. Your order may need a signature upon delivery.

I am not responsible for customs duty or brokerage fees on international orders. These will have to be paid by the customer where
applicable.

I will happily accept exchanges.

Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery.

Post any items back to me in the as new condition within: 14 days of delivery.

I will then refund the price you paid for the item.

I don’t refund postage costs.

I don’t accept returns unless the item is faulty.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Any returned order is your responsibility until it reaches me.

I recommend that you send the item back using a secure postage method such as the Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery service.
